Joe S Sausage

Being a passionate home pizza maker, I was sure glad to run in to Joe S. Sausages in the north valley a little over a year ago. You will likely find Joe grilling up italian sausage and peppers sandwiches outside at his shop on the corner of Rio Grande and Griegos.

Joe award winning sausages include Italian, hot Italian, Irish Banger, Andouille, Bacon Sausage, Jamaican Jerk, Green Chile, Brats, Habanero, Spanish Xorizo, Cilantro and much much more. He usually has fresh Italian sausages in stock and depending on the day, a variety of specialty flavors frozen.

The links come in approximately 18″ lengths and are coarse ground, a texture not found in most store variety sausages.

Joe is talkative and friendly, so make sure to ask for tips on how to defrost and prepare the links.

I have yet to try his ravioli, so well save that for another time.
