I have been in a few business meetings there and the food was about 40 dollars for appetizers. It was an assortment of cheeses, buffalo wings, and foods like that (finger foods). Nothing spectacular, but the atmosphere was great, and a corner booth with a view is worth the money.

Expensive yes. But don't believe that this place cannot survive in ABQ, its the opposite...they have no competition in their area. First, the location is close to the convention center and Century movie theatre...easy business. The place itself doesnt appeal to the rich of the rich, which have their own pool tables, but rather the upper middle class here whose salary average can afford the higher prices for this establishment.

Every time I have been here it has had a good customer flow. And who needs a New York style bouncer here either. Those that come here are marketed by the higher prices and if they want to keep the lower income, or lower class out, the menu will do that for them.

This place will thrive and if you go inside for a while, you can see why.

Albuquerque definitely deserves a nice pool hall. It needs more places like this to attract more attention and tourism. Yeah its a little expensive because the wage level is not up to par here yet, but that will come in time. Other than that its a nice place if you can afford it.

This pool hall is so nice that Albuturkey dosn't deserve such a nice place! Too bad they are going to price themselves right out of town. Holy Crapola!....I pay less at the Amsterdam pool club in N.Y.C.!! They have high prices and a dress code to discourage "unwanteds" from entering, which I applaud. But a great "doorman" can get that job done, thus lower ALL the prices and....whalla...more participation. It's a win-win for everybody!

Mona..please lower the prices......this isn't ...Fanta Se.
