NEWS: readers polls and recipes pages

The new poll allows you to vote for your favorite restaurant on the list or even add a new restaurant. Hopefully once a month I am going to take the results and add a new category Readers Favorites. Express your opinion and vote!
Second, is a new page with local recipes and pictures.
