Rio Rancho Pork and Brew BBQ Contest

Rio Rancho’s seventh annual Pork and Brew BBQ State Championship is the only Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) sanction event in the state of New Mexico. Some of the countries top BBQ cooks come to compete for rankings and cash prizes.
