Ordered wings for super bowl sunday, they said I could pick them up at 4:15, when I arrived at 4:15, I waited in line for about 20 minutes, while an employee sitting in the hallway by the restrooms told my daughter she could not use the restrooms becasue they were out of order. I got through the line to be told my order wasnt ready and it would be about another 15 minutes (35 minutes past the time they were supposed to be ready). I told the lady at the register that my daughter had to use the restroom and I had a pizza order waiting for me. Her offer to me was to ring me up and charge me and just allow me to wait! Disgusted with their inability to manage their shop and their orders! I will never order from them again!

When dining at Vernon’s Steakhouse be prepared to shell out the big bucks !
While the food is very good, it doesn’t warrant the outrageous prices. I recently dined there with my husband and we both desired the aged steaks. My steak was $68 . Yes, that’s right. $68 ! His was $72 ! I was sticker shocked to say the least. I would expect this kind of pricing at perhaps a phenomenal restaurant in NYC or one with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Golden Gate bridge ! But to pay this for a painted black hole in the wall with tables crammed together is preposterous !

Wings overcooked! Pasta Salad salty! Celery and Carrots old! Prices on internet menu 50 piece wings 23.99 charged 28.99. I asked for number of the owner the so called “General Manager” read a statement Wing Basket menu not posted by the owners. I will continue to relay this information to the public! $37.00 dollars spent and so disappointed! Hoffmantown Wing Basket service was crap.

I’ve tried this restaurant twice – it was terrible both times. The first time I had their chicken tenders and I tried their boneless wings the second time. Both times the food was overcooked; it tasted like a deep fried cracker that was saturated in old burnt grease. In both cases I couldn’t finish a moderate sized meal because it tasted so bad – I shouldn’t have given them a second chance. I like most wings from most places, but I highly recommend not eating the food from this restaurant.

If your looking for killer wings, try Tickles and Snooks Wings n Things on Montgomery, just west of BWW. This place has big wings with like 30 something flavors. Garlic Parmesan rocks, it has real shredded parmesan, go figure.

I agree about the one on coors! They are horrible! I went there last night was treated like crap, the staff didn’t have a clue what was in the picnic salad. He said its kinda like mac and cheese without the cheese. Huh?!? Its macaroni salad ding dong. This is the type of resturant I put in my reviews. Good luck mgmt!

The fries were alright.
I had to force myself to eat these wings. I tried to convice the kids,(its not that bad,they’re not that dry,they’re not that burnt,maybe if you drown them in ranch?). They weren’t buying it. Good thing I bought extra fries.
It was my first and last time eating there. Don’t waste your time!!! Was this even chicken ???

Warning! These the absolute worst wings ever! I’m very disappointed and I don’t understand how Wing Basket is still open. I am so disgusted, I can’t even express how awful this food (if you even can call it that) is. I gag everytime I think about the smell & the taste. For those who haven’t been there yet “Do not waste your money or put your tastebuds through that”. To the person that commends Wing Basket you must be an employee or owner. I’ll never go back, I’m telling everyone I know how horribe this food is.

Horrible service and attitude at the one on coors. Girl at the counter was talking to her boyfriend on the phone and turned her back when we asked if we could order. She was missing her front teeth so she probably pulls this attitude a lot. I walked out

I go to the wing basket here off of alemeda in the shopping center and everytime I have been there its ran by 13 year old gang wanna be’s with all of their friends hanging out getting free cokes and really just making it an uncomfortable experience. Sometimes there’s an adult there but it doesn’t make a whole lot of difference to the atmosphere. On top of that the wings are never cooked all of the way and they have been some occasions where the wings were not even cut. The staff there is horrible and I think that even McDonalds staff take more pride in their work so what I have been doing is driving half way across town to Montgomery and San Pedro to Wing and Things, the staff is young but profeesional and their wings are good and consistant.
